ABSTRACT

Organization isbasically people who work together to achieve common vision, mission and goals.The people play a big role in materializing the vision and mission of the organization.This is what so-called performance. In doing so, there are internal andexternal factors which determine their performances such as salary andworkplace spirituality. Therefore, it is important to explore the influence ofworkplace spirituality to organizational performance. This article explainsspirituality, workplace spirituality, organizational performance and therelationship between workplace spirituality and organizational performance. Thebetter workplace spirituality is, the better organizational performance.
